Workout tips at home
Workout at home seems tiring, but once you get the hang out of it you will enjoy it. But sometimes we can't avoid mistakes.
So here are tips to avoid or lessen mistakes based on my experience:
1. Never assume that just because you are doing workout, you're strong.
2. Doing many kinds of workout seems satisfying but it only makes you tired the other day.
3. Do not start a workout journey if you do not know your physique goal.
4. Do not start doing workout if you do not have a proper schedule.
5. Do not think that doing many workouts makes the process faster, because workout is a long process.
6. Doing workouts makes you strong but it does not give you a massive mass or big body, everything has a limit.
7. In workout, less is more meaning, the types of workout are less but the reps(repetitions) and sets(how many reps you do in one set) are more.
8. Workout at home only uses the body weight, so progressive overload is important, do not stick in the same reps and sets.
9. Rice does not really makes you fat, it gives you energy, so eat rice.
10. Most importantly, do not eat less, for it will only make you weak, and do not eat many, just enough to make you full.
11. Always prioritize protein but do not take away calories and vegetables.
There are many tips I do not know but I hope these tips help.
